We are so happy with the work of Jan Booth and all her team! We bought a house and also Sold ours with Jan and her team, and in every way they did an amazing job.
They not only helped us with the practical side of things, but they were very considered with our emotions, understanding to perfection what it means for a small family to buy and sell a home. They were always with us and no matter what time of day it was they answered the phone to help us out, calm us down, or just explain parts of the process that we didn't quite understand.
We came from overseas to live in New Zealand, and it is harder to buy and sell a house in a country that you are a foreigner. Jan made us feel that we could count on her at all times, and if she for any reason couldn't be there, Wendy Naisby (best PA ever) was there to answer our questions. They also sent us detailed reports every week, which was essential to know what was happening. Joseph, another key member of the team, was outstanding too and stepped in for some viewings and open homes in very busy times!

We have known Jan Booth for several years due to past property sales and purchases and she has always left a favourable impression with us.
When we were looking for someone to market our property in Papamoa Beach Rd this year we did not consider using any other agent except her. We were impressed with how she dealt with our requests in the past and especially our "no nonsense" approach to price setting and the haggling that this involves.
This time Jan asked us to consider a different marketing approach from what we were used to. Initially we doubted that our property would reach the interest and potential that Jan believed it would. With our faith completely in Jan and trust in her experience in real estate we followed her advice and went for the ride.
The result she achieved for us was beyond what we ever imagined. She had complete confidence in our property and we followed the marketing programme she recommended even though we were hesitant initially. Even though we loved our home it was hard to imagine others would give it the same consideration.
Our house sold at a price that we could only wish for and that placed us in a better position as we pursued our next purchase in Papamoa. The house we were wanting to upgrade to seemed out of our reach but Jan made it happen for us by modifying possession dates and adjusting the house deposit to help us through the transition period between selling and re-purchasing. She even secured a mortgage broker who did all the ground work for us due to our inexperienced bank staff.
Our house selling experience with Jan has been fantastic....she was positive and upbeat and instilled faith in us to follow her advice. She gave regular feedback and kept us motivated to keep our property looking at its best.
Thank you Jan for your guidance and ensuring we ended up with a beautiful home when we doubted we could match the one we sold. Every time we walk through the door we breathe a sigh of amazement at what we now own and pinch ourselves to make sure we are not dreaming.
Your knowledge and understanding of what we wanted made this process so easy. We appreciated the time you spent with us to make sure we were informed of what was happening and the continued belief you had in our beach house to sell fast and well.
